WEDDINGS
Jarger strings knows how important it is for you to have a amazing wedding day. Our music helps create that perfect atmosphere and ambience to make everyone feel relaxed and in the mood for celebration.
Classical music has typically accompanied a wedding service because its aesthetic refinement symbolises the purity of sensibility and emotion involved.
Mostly, clients leave music selection to our discretion. However, if you have requests or are unsure about appropriate music for your ceremony, then let us assist you for your special occasion.
A Protestant or Civil service usually equates to a booking of approximately one and a half hours and presents five musical opportunities -
Guests Arrival
Processional
Signing of the Register
Recessional Music
Guests Leave.
A Catholic or Orthodox service also usually equates to a booking of approximately two hours and presents seven musical opportunities:
Guests Arrival
Processional
Offertory
Communion
Signing of the Register
Recessional Music
Guests Leave.
These booking times cover the service nicely by providing music for around 30 minutes pre-ceremony and up to 15 minutes post-ceremony. Our booking time should start 30 minutes before the Processional starts. For example, if the Processional starts at 3.00pm, then we should be booked from 2.30pm-4.00pm (one hour and a half).
